I heard about this Actions Language Online a while back and the one thing that was holding me back was the fact that I did not know the proper steps to take and when I read up about this whole process everything was just too overwhelming for me.
What had seemed like the impossible was now coming to life. Working with Teacher Anjie was amazing and she made sure that I understood every step of the process. From day 1 she was always communicating with me about all the info, I needed to know about Actions and its systems. From the filling of the spreadsheets, remembering all the color legends and to prepare me for my first class.
The experience so far has been more than I ever thought it would be. The teachers and the management are incredibly supportive and helpful, if there is anything at all I don’t understand or am unsure of, they are there in an instant. Whether it be teaching related, or opening a bank account or if I simply don’t understand a note that has been inserted on my timetable or teaching schedule. Haha!
Today I can safely say I am an ACTIONS LANGUAGE ONLINE teacher and I couldn’t have made it without the amazing people behind it and of course, my supervisor, Teacher Anjie.

I was hesitant to join this company at first and to be part of this team because I found it complicated when it comes to teaching the students and how you need to fill up a lot of forms that I never did with all the previous companies I worked with. But as time goes by this kind of extra work challenged me a lot and wanted more to show how responsible I am with regards to the work I like to do. At first it was not easy and it was confusing. I never thought I will last after the training, really thankful on how my supervisor Anjch Sy Angeles, patiently taught me. Taught me how to record videos, how to put detailed information on the student information and how to organized my summary hours and a lot more. This company will give you opportunity to interview incoming students. No delays when it comes to salary. No dispute and they will not deduct you on something you don't know.
So far, I have the best team and the best supervisor. Easy to talk with and will always make you laugh.

I was very anxious and hesitant when I started in Actions. I had a lot of questions. There's this information overload thing. Lol! Really I didn't know how to start. I've been working in Actions Language Online for a month. Working in home-based is a great opportunity. I am learning a lot and gives me a flexible time at work. I'm a newbie part-timer here. Fun Fact: I'm still an undergrad and currently studying Aircraft Maintenance (way far fetch with my work here), did not major in Education, no prior teaching experience, no inkling of an idea what TOEIC, TOEFL or IELTS is and the only thing that got me here was probably just my 2 years of BPO experience. Although plain obvious that I "do not" belong here, the management still took me in.
I think the great thing about this company is how they won't really look at your background, or define you by it, which provides equal grounds and opportunities.
What was what I thought just a "part-time gig" eventually grew on me. Pag tapos nako mag-aral sa talagang course ko, I found myself studying different English tests, learning teaching strategies..things relevant to this work that would make me better.
I'm on my 3rd week under Team Anj and one thing I'd like to add is how my supervisor's incredibly understanding and hands on. She's always in touch. If I have any questions (despite countless documents of instructions concerning processes), she's there to the rescue. Not only her, but the whole team as well. It's a huge group for Team Anj kaya tulungan talaga. Pag may tanong, you can always bet na your co-teachers will answer.
To people who love to be challenged, who have extra time on their hands, prefers to work at home (full-time or part-time), is patient, determined, and would like to share their knowledge especially in English, I strongly recommend this job (and this team).

I share the opinion of others, I’ve never found a more flexible and stress-free job than this. The recruiting process was quick and no fuss. Even after the appointment, the team leader is very supportive and makes things simple. There is no barrier between new recruits and senior teachers because everyone is very supportive. The team leader will also go leaps and bounds to make sure the teachers get their pay in spite of whatever havoc the banks are into. Unlike in other online schools, Actions doesn’t’ penalize teachers for power or internet outage because it’s beyond their control. What’s more, the teaching materials are fun to deliver and the students are great! It’s not just a team, it’s a family!

I'm a newbie here in actions language online but even if I'm new to this company, I didn't feel like I'm out of place. My supervisor Miss Anjie is the best supervisor in all. During our training, she explained each system and information well and I feel comfortable with her. The one thing that I liked in my supervisor is she's always responding to our concerns and questions even if it is Saturdays and Sundays. I would like to share my story and experiences while working here as a teacher.
When Teacher Roxierecommend this company as a home-based teaching I never hesitated and I never looked for another company for this kind of job. (teacher Roxie is a good friend of mine). When she told me that I passed and be ready for the training, I was really so excited.
When I first talked to Ma'am Anji, which is our humble supervisor, I felt, I found a right company.
I've been working for a month now and I can say that the supervisor itself never gets tired to answers all my concerns. I've been working here in ALO for almost three months now. All I can say is that I was so blessed to be part of Team Anjie. She is the best supervisor I encountered.
